PlyoPilates™ Part 2 is an advanced workout that blends exercises of Pilates, Yoga, Martial Arts and Dance into a powerful, inspiring and challenging mat class. Plyometric movements are added to increase the intensity, burn more calories and develop core power. PlyoPilates™ will challenge your core, balance and define your entire body. This workout is done at an advanced pace but can be performed by all fitness levels.
